Refunds
LTA does not issue refunds for unused tickets. There are no refunds for season subscriptions once the season has begun. This also applies to tickets to the Opening Night Party which is held in the Council Greenroom for each show of the season. If you cannot make it to the Opening Night party or you exchange your tickets from Opening Night to another performance, LTA will not be able to issue a refund for the unused Party Tickets.
Exchanges
(for subscribers only)
Exchanges are $3 per ticket. Exchanges must be received 24 hours before the date of original tickets. They may be made by mail or by phone. A self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) must be included if tickets are to be mailed back. Otherwise, they will be held at the Box Office. | | |
