Seating Plan
Refunds
LTA does not issue refunds for unused tickets. All ticket sales are final.
There are no refunds for season subscriptions once the season has begun.
Exchanges
for subscribers only
Exchanges are $3 per ticket.
Subscribers will also have to pay the difference in ticket price if exchanging their tickets
to a more expensive performance. Exchanges must be received 24 hours before the date of
original tickets. They may be made by mail, by phone, or in person. A self-addressed
stamped envelope (SASE) must be included if tickets are to be mailed back. Otherwise,
they will be held at the Box Office.
Wheelchair Policy
For the safety of
all patrons, the Alexandria Fire Marshall requires that LTA maintain free and
open aisles at all times. To avoid fire code violations, the theatre can no
longer permit patrons to sit or stand in the aisles during performances. To
accommodate wheelchair-bound patrons, LTA has removed one seat in row O to
create a dedicated wheelchair space. To reserve this space, you must contact
the Box Office Manager when you make your seat reservations but not later than
48 hours before performance. Due to limited space, only one wheelchair seat
can be sold for each performance. Patrons who use wheelchairs and walkers and
who prefer to stow their aids while sitting in assigned seats may continue to
do so. This change affects only patrons who must remain in their wheelchairs
during the duration of the performance.
Bad Weather Policy
Mother Nature will, from time to time, interrupt the run of a production.
If LTA cancels a show because of weather, it will do so not later than three
hours before curtain time. If LTA cancels a show, patrons holding tickets
for the cancelled show have three options: 1) reschedule for another day;
receive a refund for the original purchase price of the tickets; or 3)
convert the purchased tickets into a tax-exempt donation to LTA.
If the theater does not cancel its performance, but foul weather keeps a
patron from attending the show, the unused ticket can be used at a future
production of that show on a standby basis only. For example, a patron who
chooses not to attend a Wednesday evening performance because of snow could
use the ticket on Thursday night if a seat is available 5 minutes before
the
performance begins. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
For questions about the theatre's operating status, call (703) 683-0496.
